During summer the ventilation panels A (ground floor) and ventilation windows B(terrace) must be opened allowing a cross ventilation which lets the cooler airflow from beneath the platform structure, and lets the hot air escape through the openings on the ceiling.
B. While in summer this space serves as a garden A, during winter the lids remain closed allowing it to work as a solar thermal collector B.
